神奈川県川崎市にある古民家の野外博物館、川崎市立日本民家園のチャンネルです。
江戸時代の古民家を中心に25件の建物を移築・展示。生田緑地の豊かな自然の中で、四季を感じながら見学することができます。また、園内には藍染めを体験できる川崎市伝統工芸館や、オリジナルグッズを取り扱うショップも併設しています。
本チャンネルでは、そんな園の日常やイベントの様子などを中心に、民家園の魅力をご紹介します。

This is the channel for the Nihon Minkaen, Japan Open Air Folk House Museum located in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The museum is home to 25 conserved buildings since the Edo Period which were relocated from all over Japan. You can visit it when enjoying the rich-nature of Ikuta-Ryokuchi Park and the beautiful scenery of each season. In the museum there is also a Traditional Indigo Dyeing Workshop where you can experience indigo dyeing and a museum shop where you can find some original goods.
